Restaurant Toucan in Bremen

Great food, very friendly and personable staff and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Full recommendation ;-)

I had lamb fillet with rosemary potatoes and beans. It was two small pieces of lamb fillet, two forks full of beans and 4 to 5 small rosemary potatoes. I was really hungry. When I asked for more side dishes, I got a few small rosemary potatoes. The taste was good. I paid € 20 for the dish and wasn't full. Not mine. Not again.

An enrichment for the (unfortunately steep) gastronomy scene in Bremen! Great decor, incredibly nice staff, fast service and above all: really delicious food. It is more expensive, but it tastes good. The lamb fillet was tender and flavorful, the ravioli were great too. Highly recommend this restaurant. Will come back again and again.

We were in a birthday party of 5 in the Toucan. At first we were very impressed by the beautiful and cozy atmosphere. The service was also very friendly and courteous. There were two venison ragout to eat, one tortellini from the menu of the day and two different tarte flambée. The food was generally not bad, but unfortunately not really good either. Ragout but also red cabbage were rather tasteless. The portions were a bit sparse. For this, however, juicy prices are called. It is not enough to buy expensive ingredients and put them on the plate, you should be able to prepare them. There is definitely room for improvement. There are various restaurants in the district which are reasonably priced. This is constructive criticism and should be accepted as such.

Good, honest cuisine. Not an exaggerated card. Portions not huge, but great quality.

great food and nice ambience plus nice service

After the Tertulia closed, some system gastro moved in there. It was terrible and luckily quickly over, now the Bandonion people have taken over the shop and made a nice restaurant out of it. But there is still some work to do on the kitchen.

Only opened in autumn 2019, motivated team, pleasant atmosphere, bright and still cozy. The main focus of the menu is tarte flambée in variations. Delicious!!!! In addition daily specials, today u. A. Venison goulash and salmon. It is courteous and yet easy to use. Finally, delicious dessert and a schnapps on the house. It is worth trying this new restaurant. In summer there are also plenty of outdoor spaces in the sun and shade.

We ate the tortellini with spinach and a vegan tarte flambé (with eggplant). The service was friendly and brought us water and popcorn straight away. The dark house beer was great! The food was good and we got full. For smokers in particular, it would be great if there was still a patio heater outside. Otherwise everything is great, even if it is not exactly cheap now.

Great Christmas party with excellent Mediterranean starters, then goose legs with crispy skin on red cabbage and dumplings, all in all extremely inexpensive, especially with the really high-class cuisine with a suitable wine list and lovingly prepared cocktails

Very hard. Unfortunately, price and performance do not match. My noodles from the day menu were a bit too lobberig, the sauce too liquid and spicy. Still room to the top.

It was worth a visit! Cozy and friendly bistro. Somewhat unusual but a nice idea with the hearty spiced corn. The tarte flambée looked delicious and are freshly made. I had a lamb ragout with potato gratin and green beans. That was so delicious and reached with me alone the 5 stars. Beer cold and service very outgoing and welcoming. Thank you for the nice evening, you will see us again! ;-)
